 Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from Atrinelle. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we gladly accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

 Return & Exchange Timeframe
You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

 Eligibility for Return or Exchange
To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition

  • Tags and original packaging must be intact

  • Items must be returned with a valid proof of purchase

 Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons:

  • Headscarves (Shawl/Hijab)

  • Underscarves

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Custom or made-to-order products

 Exchanges

  • If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or color, please contact us first to confirm availability.

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

  • We will ship the replacement item after receiving and inspecting the returned item.

 Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item sent).

 How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Please email us at support@atrinelle.com with the following:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return or exchange

  • Photos (if applicable, especially for defective items)

Our team will respond with return instructions and shipping details.

 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns.

 Return Address
We will provide the return address via email after your return request is approved.
