To be eligible, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact. Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.
For hygiene reasons, the following items are non-returnable: hijabs, underscarves, clearance items, and customized products.
If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos for verification.
Once your return is received and approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
